A reputable company in Malaysia is seeking an Account Admin cum HR/Payroll Executive to manage day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks such as preparing quotations, issuing invoices, and maintaining company registration portals. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Accounting or Finance with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks is needed, and familiarity with Malaysia Digital and other portals is a plus. The position is fulltime, based in Kuala Lumpur, and requires good communication skills in English and Malay.
Responsible for handling day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks including preparing quotations, issuing invoices, following up with clients, and maintaining company registration portals (ISO, PIKOM, Malaysia Digital, MOF, MATRADE, etc.). The role requires someone organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting management with company documentation and customer coordination.
