Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage full sets of accounts and ensure smooth financial operations. The ideal candidate will handle financial reporting, compliance, and day-to-day accounting activities while supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, payment processing, and cash flow management.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and audit matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties when required.
  • Support management with ad-hoc financial tasks and projects.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (LCCI, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience in accounting/finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, AutoCount, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
