A financial consulting firm in Sepang is seeking a Financial Analyst to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. The role includes monitoring financial performance, preparing forecasts, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in accountancy or an equivalent qualification and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Opportunities exist for fresh graduates as well. This position is integral to supporting financial operations and strategic planning.
Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for improvement to the management.
Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections.
Conduct financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost control, and financial risk assessment.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Have experience in handling the full set of accounts.
Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
Coordinate with external auditors for the annual financial audit.
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Provide insightful analysis of financial results and key performance indicators.
Identify trends, opportunities, and risks based on financial analysis.
Present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads and senior management.
Prepare and analyze budget vs. actual performance reports.
Monitor and control expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Provide guidance and support to departments in managing their budgets.
Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or equivalent, e.g., ACCA, LCCI.
At least 1 year-2 years of working experience in the related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Familiar with Master Account Software and a set of accounting.
Possess exceptional communication skills that are especially important in enabling effective communication between internal and external partners.
