About the role

We are expanding our team and seeking an accomplished Accounts Executive to join our dynamic organization. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this role is pivotal in maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial transactions while driving operational excellence and supporting the company’s financial growth.

What you'll be doing

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial transactions in accordance with corporate timelines, guidelines, and policies.Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and payroll

Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts

Generating financial reports and providing insights

Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting to support business decision-making.

Perform other related tasks as assigned by the manager.

Collaborating with the finance team to implement process improvements

What we're looking for

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy

Proficiency in using accounting software such as Autocount, Million, SQL

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with tax regulations and filing requirements in Malaysia
