Qualifications

Job Description
  • Responsible for handling a full set of accounts, month-end closing, and preparation of monthly management reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of company accounts in compliance with governing standards and regulations.
  • Follow up with external auditors to ensure audit reports are completed within the stipulated timeline.
  • Ensure completeness and proper documentation in accordance with internal guidelines and policies for audit purposes.
  • Liaise with the company secretary, auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers, and authorities on all finance-related matters.
  • Maintain good working relationships with bankers, auditors, tax agents, the company secretary, suppliers, and other related parties.
  • Prepare financial reports as required by the Finance Director.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Finance / Accountancy / Economics or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Audit / Tax / Month-End Closing / Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Familiar with AutoCount Accounting Software or other accounting systems.
  • Proactive, confident, willing to take on challenges, and able to work under pressure to meet reporting deadlines.
