Responsibilities
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledgers on a regular basis
  • Prepare financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
  • Review and process expense vouchers, invoices, and other fiscal documents for payment, reconcile monthly statements from vendors
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
  • Monitor and report variances to senior management
  • Provide financial analysis, plans, targets, and business drivers
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payment transactions and deposits
  • Manage credit and collection of accounts receivable, ensure prompt payment following
  • Assist with internal and external audit processes
  • Review financial documents and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
  • Collaborate with department heads to keep them informed of financial status and discrepancies
  • Interact with external parties such as vendors, consultants, and professional services personnel
  • Identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements
  • Implement best financial practices and technology to optimize financial procedures
Requirements
