Our client, a dynamic and innovative company in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Sales Admin/Coordinator, based at their Kuala Lumpur office.
Job responsibilities:
Provide clerical and organizational support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, quotations, and sales orders using accounting software.
Track orders, maintain customer databases, and ensure timely delivery of products or services while managing project files and status updates.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and legal documents (e.g., LOI, LOA) for potential customers using tools like Open Solar.
Monitor sales goals, support the sales team in meeting quotas, and apply for incentives like GITA and NEM.
Promote the company’s business through platforms like JACTIM and FMM, and actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
Attend sales meetings, take minutes, and gather customer information to identify solar energy needs and provide tailored solutions.
Provide customers with detailed information on quotes, warranties, funding options, incentives, and tax rebates.
Assist the sales team in negotiating and closing deals, handling customer questions, requests, and complaints, and calculating solar energy potential for specific sites.
Job requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination role, or a similar role, preferably in the solar energy, construction, or EPC industry.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Team player, strong collaboration skills and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Able to start immediately will be an advantage
