Handle and resolve merchant escalation issues within reasonable timelines, providing solutions for process improvements.
Ensure excellent service delivery to all merchants.
Ensure subordinate performance orientation to achieve high productivity levels.
Maintain low acquiring fraud loss basis points and incoming chargeback basis points.
Report monthly performance results timely to relevant parties.
Support the smooth administration of branch operations to align with company goals.
Maintain discipline among staff, promote teamwork, and recommend disciplinary actions when necessary.
Keep staff informed about company policies and industry developments.
Identify and escalate risks related to transactions or situations, and monitor their impact.
Promote a 'no surprise' compliance culture by adhering to AML policies and procedures.
Encourage staff to develop individual development plans for ongoing knowledge and skill enhancement.
Coach team members in management, development, and motivation to improve engagement and performance.
Identify and develop successors for key positions to ensure leadership continuity.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Business, preferably in Sales & Marketing, or a Diploma in Business Studies.
3-5 years of supervisory or mid-management experience, preferably in financial product sales.
