You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth through:
Proactively identifying and engaging new customers within your assigned territory.
Developing strong relationships with C-level and senior buyers to understand and fulfill their packaging needs.
Managing the full sales cycle: from lead generation, solution design, quotation, negotiation, to closing and after-sales support.
Collaborating with internal teams (engineering, service, marketing) to deliver tailored packaging solutions.
Using CRM (HubSpot, SAP) to record, track and manage sales activity and pipelines.
Conducting market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
Promoting our product range: PET straps, consumables, semi-auto and fully‑auto machinery.
Representing the company at trade shows and supporting digital marketing efforts.
Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
3+ years’ sales experience in manufacturing, industrial packaging or technical‑equipment environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong mechanical/technical understanding—able to engage in technical discussions.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, SAP) and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage complex accounts.
