Qualifications

Job Description

As our Enterprise Sales Director you will lead and scale the enterprise sales function in Malaysia, with full ownership of both new business acquisition and the development of high-value strategic accounts. This includes customers across key industries such as Oil & Gas, finance, healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing, as well as public sector entities, GLCs and GLICs.

In this role you will manage the entire enterprise sales lifecycle — from strategic prospecting, solution positioning, and complex deal negotiation to client onboarding and growth. This role is a hunter position, requiring strong commercial acumen, creativity, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with senior decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Infrastructure) with potential enterprise customers
  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration with pre-sales, operations, and partner ecosystems to deliver tailored enterprise solutions
  • Enforce CRM discipline (Salesforce) and ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy, including target verticals, segmentation, value propositions, and channel alignment
  • Be the subject matter expert on all things Public Sector, GLC/GLICs including providing strategic advice, supporting the broader team in government relations and proactively planning for RFP and tenders. Support proposal development, tender submissions, and government-related compliance documentation
  • Develop and execute Malaysian Enterprise marketing programs, with marketing team
  • Provide accurate and timely weekly forecasts or updates with a monthly, quarterly and 12 monthly pipeline perspective
  • Own and lead the negotiation of multi-rack, multi-year colocation agreements
Qualifications
  • 8 – 10 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in data centre, cloud or IT infrastructure sectors, and minimum 5+ years’ experience working in a regional sales management position in ICT/real estate industries
  • Proven success in leading and closing high-value, complex enterprise deals
  • Deep understanding of colocation, hybrid IT architecture, and network/connectivity infrastructure
  • Strong professional network across Malaysia’s key enterprise verticals
  • Proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
  • Longevity in tenure
