Qualifications

  • Support tracking and analysis of trade spend, ensuring alignment with budgets.
  • Assist in month‑end closing activities, including trade investment accruals and sales accruals.

Your responsibilities
  • Prepare regular sales finance reports covering Gross Sales, Trade Investment, Net Revenue, and GM% by customer, channel, and SKU.
  • Support tracking and analysis of trade spend, rebates, and promotions, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and internal controls.
  • Assist in month‑end closing activities, including trade investment accruals, sales accruals, and variance analysis versus forecast and prior year.
  • Support in reconciling Distributor Stock reports from Distributor Management System.
  • Assist in reviewing incentive submission from Sales.
  • Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to provide financial insights and respond to ad‑hoc commercial queries.
  • Support continuous improvement of reporting processes, data accuracy, and automation initiatives.
The experience we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or Accountancy from a recognized university.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in sales finance, commercial finance, or FP&A.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Familiar with sales reporting, trade spend, and month‑end accrual processes.
  • Good analytical skills with high attention to detail.
