Responsibilities include assisting in administrative tasks, coordinating events, and ensuring timely completion of management accounts. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus. - Support Operations by assisting the team in planning, organizing and implementing administrative task.
- Event Management including plan and execute coordination & collaboration with respective parties within timeline given.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly management accounts within the stipulated deadline.
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing/ Business Management/ Event Management or its equivalent
- Able to work independently, multitasking, and handlework pressurein fast pace working environment.
- Working experience in Event Management or related industry will be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill - English/ Bahasa Malaysia/ Mandarin. Ability to communicate in foreign language will be an added advantage
- Posses positive work attitude, willingness to learn and a team player spirit.
