Job description

Portfolio Management: Work closely with distributors to manage dealers' portfolios, providing system support for network, creation, modification, and termination.

Trade Marketing Support: Coordinate events, signage, POSM, and pyramid performance to enhance brand visibility and sales.

Sales Strategy: Plan, lead, execute, and monitor the effectiveness of sales strategies and promotion plans to expand U Mobile's touch points and pyramid.

Dealer Engagement: Deepen dealer loyalty through activations for Prepaid and Postpaid products.

Team Leadership: Drive and coach Product Specialists and Sales Team members to meet designated sales targets and monitor their performance.

Market Intelligence: Stay vigilant to market movements and gather insights to inform sales strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proactively manage inter-department requirements and communication to meet sales objectives and optimize support resources.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background: Candidates with a Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field.

Industry Experience: At least 6 years of sales experience in Telco or FMCG related environment, with a minimum of 3 years in sales team management.

Results-Oriented: Aggressive and target-driven individuals with a proven track record in sales.

Mobility: Possess own transport with a valid driving license and willingness to travel.
