• A competent high performer with three or more years of accomplishment in IT and web-based development projects. Abilities in Server, Database and IT Management would be an added advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or a higher qualification in a related field.

• Expert‑level proficiency in PHP and Laravel Framework.
• Strong experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Solid understanding of MySQL database design, optimization, and query performance.
• Intermediate proficiency in Flutter for cross‑platform mobile app development.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior Flutter developers.
• Experience with app state management (Bloc, Cupit) is an advantage.
• Strong in System Analysis & Architecture – Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Experience designing scalable, modular, and secure system architectures.
• Practical experience with UI/UX principles for web and mobile.
• Proficiency in Bootstrap for responsive frontend development.
• Basic understanding of user flow, wireframes, and component‑based design.
• Experience with setup physical or Cloud servers would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Bitbucket, Git workflows, branching strategies, and pull requests.
