The Role
As a Sales Operations Manager, you’ll be the key connector between operations excellence and sales performance. You’ll oversee daily operations across logistics, fulfilment, retail, roadshows and events — ensuring every customer experience reflects the Ergoworks standard of quality and care.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Fulfilment
- Manage the full order fulfilment process — from confirmation to delivery — ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to maintain smooth product flow.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute stock replenishment across stores and event sites.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Logistics & Supply Chain
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, vendor coordination, and shipment tracking.
- Liaise with HQ for product planning, shipment scheduling, and forecast alignment.
- Ensure compliance with documentation and product handling procedures.
Retail & Sales Management
- Supervise daily retail operations and ensure a premium customer experience.
- Train and motivate retail staff to achieve sales goals and maintain high service standards.
- Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement retail promotions and campaigns.
Events & Roadshows
- Plan and execute nationwide roadshows and promotional events.
- Manage logistics setup, manpower allocation, and on‑ground execution.
- Evaluate event performance and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare operational, sales, and inventory reports for management review.
- Manage budgets for logistics, events, and retail operations.
- Uphold company policies, health & safety standards, and brand SOPs.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in retail operations, logistics, or sales management (preferably in consumer, lifestyle, or furniture industry).
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills with hands‑on problem‑solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to travel for roadshows and events.
