We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Associate Business Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the company’s internal governance, maintaining ISO27001 certification, and driving ESG initiatives. - Define, implement, and maintain business processes and procedures to meet business objectives.
- Conduct internal audits for ISO 27001 and document findings.
- Monitor and report ESG metrics.
- Maintain compliance registers and risk logs.
- Support internal process reviews and improvements.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams for compliance activities.
- Prepare reports for management and stakeholders.

- Number of process improvements implemented
- Degree: Preferably in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Management, Statistic, Risk Management or equivalent.
- Process Mapping: Experience with documenting and improving business processes using tools like Visio or other charting tools.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for compliance and ESG data tracking.
- Documentation: Strong skills in preparing reports, SOPs, and compliance registers.
- Communication: Ability to communicate compliance requirements to management, technical, and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Audit Skills: Ability to conduct internal audits, prepare audit documentation, and assist external auditors.
- Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of ISO 27001 controls, audit processes, and risk management frameworks will be added advantage.
- ESG Reporting: Familiarity with ESG metrics, sustainability frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB), and data collection will be added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
