A leading company in manufacturing is seeking a Process Engineer to create and maintain production standards. The role involves driving process improvements, ensuring quality, and supporting production teams through training and development. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronic Engineering and at least three years of experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry. Excellent communication and knowledge of Statistical Process Control are essential for success in this position. The role is based at the company HQ in Klang, Malaysia.
Process Engineer is responsible for creating and maintaining the standards in production processes and to support the training and development of the production teams. This role needs to drive process improvements, optimize productivity through effective planned activities such as size changes, autonomous maintenance, projects & material trials and safeguards the process settings and standards for the equipment in production, facilitating the application of Manufacturing Excellence principles and tools (work instructions, procedures, etc.) in line with Vinda’s Integrate Management System (ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO9001, FSC).
Working Location: Vinda SEA HQ (Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, next to Setia Alam)
