Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities.

Prepare periodic sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.

Business Development & Client Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and business stakeholders.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure profitable and sustainable growth.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback, training, and mentorship.

Recruit and onboard new sales team members to strengthen overall sales capabilities.

Sales Operations & Process Improvement

Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and CRM data to optimize sales performance.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales activities with brand and service standards.

Reporting & Analysis

Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics and KPIs to senior management.

Recommend data-driven strategies for continuous improvement in sales effectiveness.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports, proposals, and presentations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
