Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Malaysia regional sales department. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a management role, with strong problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives. The Sales Manager will report to the Senior Sales Manager from Singapore HQ and work closely with the headquarters team to ensure alignment in strategy, operations, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the Malaysia sales team and operations.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Sales Manager from Singapore HQ on regional strategies and targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales plans to meet company objectives.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain key accounts and important customers.

  • Build strong client relationships to ensure long‑term business partnerships.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance guidance to the sales team.
