A leading hosting provider is seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive based in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage all accounting functions, prepare statutory financial statements, and handle daily operations. Candidates need at least a Diploma in Accounting and three years of relevant experience. TheGigabit are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage the full spectrum of the company's accounting functions. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling daily accounting operations, preparing statutory financial statements, and coordinating with external auditors.

To ensure accounting records and reports prepare in accordance with sound accounting practices and company policies.
Preparation of statutory financial statements and liaise with external auditors.
Perform daily accounts operation tasks, including banking and finance.
Ensure all accounting records are properly update and reconcile in accounting system.
Ensure proper filing of accounting records and documents.
To assist in ad-hoc as assigned, as and when required.
Possess at least Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Candidate obtained LCCI/ACCA are preferable.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of accounting software, preferable in AutoCount or Oracle NetSuite.
Possess initiative and excellent communication skills.
Able to work in a team and a good sense of responsibility.
