Job summary

Job Description
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and employee claim’s function
  • Ensure all accounting records are properly update and reconcile in accounting system.
  • Support external audits by preparing required documents.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
  • Assist with monthly closing and management reporting
  • Handle ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned
  • Ensure all accounting records comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
Job Requirement
  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent professional qualification
  • Must be able to communicate bilingually. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required for this position.
  • Good problem solving, analytical and presentation skills
  • Analytical, strong in financial and accounting principles, knowledge in statutory legislation and regulations
  • Knowledge of Sage 300 will be an advantage.
