MANAGER/SENIOR EXECUTIVE, FINANCE CUM ACCOUNT

We are seeking a Manager / Senior Executive, Finance cum Account to manage the company’s financial accounting, reporting, and control functions. This role is responsible for full set accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and supporting management with accurate financial insights. The position requires a hands‑on individual who is able to balance operational accounting work with financial oversight and management support in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting (Accounting)

• Maintain full set of accounts.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and supporting schedules.
• Ensure timely and accurate month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing.

Financial Accounting & Controllers (Accounting)

• Monitor and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
• Oversee cash flow management, payment processing, and receivable collections.
• Coordinate statutory audit, tax filings, SST submissions, and liaise with auditors and tax agents.

Management (Accounting)

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Provide financial analysis, variance explanations, and performance insights to management.
• Assist management in financial decision‑making and cost control initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3‑7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
