A leading financial institution in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive to oversee its childcare services and manage staff awards. The role includes supervising operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and proposing improvements to enhance service quality. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields and experience in vendor management, particularly in childcare. ROLE PURPOSE
The First Level Executive supervises TKSR Unit on provision of services related to the Bank's Childcare Centre i.e., Tunas Kijang (TK), BNM staff awards to eligible recipients, monitors the performance of outsource service provider (OSP) and ensures services provided are aligned with the service level standards set as per client's expectations as well as assist the Manager in managing the resources (including assets) allocated/procured by the Unit.
