Your Know How

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related discipline is essential.

Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience within the automotive retail industry, with at least 3 years specifically in a managerial or supervisory role.

Demonstrable track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets within defined timeframes.

In-depth understanding and hands-on experience managing a Profit & Loss (P&L) statement. You must be able to interpret financial data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive revenue growth to optimize branch profitability.

Highly analytical and numbers-driven, with the ability to swiftly analyze sales figures, operational costs, inventory turnover, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-backed decisions.

Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and work within strict financial parameters.

Ability to develop and implement short-term (daily/weekly) and mid-term (monthly/quarterly) operational and sales plans with clear objectives and deadlines.

Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a keen eye for optimizing processes and resource allocation within set timeframes.

A natural leader with a proven ability to recruit, train, motivate, mentor, and retain a high-performing sales and operations team.

Strong coaching skills, with experience in developing individual team members' capabilities and careers.

Unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Solid understanding of automotive retail operations, including showroom management, inventory control, and administrative processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers, staff, and senior management.

Competency in using CRM systems, inventory management software, and standard office productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace).
