Job summary
A leading global technology firm is seeking an experienced Scrum Master in Kuala Lumpur to lead Scrum teams delivering comprehensive SAP Sales solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on priorities while promoting agile best practices and facilitating Scrum ceremonies. The ideal candidate must have over 10 years of IT experience, particularly in SAP environments, and demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Agile certification is a plus.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of working experience in the IT field.
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master in complex, global environments.
- Experience in the SAP Sales domain is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Scrum teams in delivering SAP Sales solutions.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for effective collaboration.
- Remove impediments and foster a high-performance culture.
