Responsibilities
  • Ownership and development of a group finance function, including group reporting, management reporting, tax and treasury
  • Internal reporting, including consolidated monthly management accounts, and ad hoc reporting to business with the ability to refresh and develop reporting to ensure it remains insightful and fit for purpose
  • Management of external audit and development and documentation of strong internal controls framework to support rapid future growth
  • Manage relationships with others across the Group to achieve alignment in key business strategies and decisions
  • Manage the Group’s cash flows within available facilities, providing appropriate reporting to Directors and Executive Management
  • Manage the Group’s financial reporting obligations, with responsibility for preparation and lodgment in compliant full year consolidated accounts
  • Collaborate, design, implement and review finance systems, policies and standard operating procedures to ensure continuous improvement and contemporary relevant practices
  • Oversee finance systems and ensure finance ledgers are maintained on a timely basis, are accurate and complete, and structured to provide relevant information to internal users and meet statutory obligations
  • Ensure reporting functions and responses to ad hoc requests for financial related information are appropriately delivered
  • Support the FMCG or retail business commercial finance and financial planning & analysis function to manage sales and operations process.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  • Fundamental knowledge in managing small overseas business within Asia – Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in FMCG or Retail industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and industry-specific financial practices.
  • Experience in financial consolidation, particularly managing multiple entities across different regions.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing finance teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
