A leading recruitment platform in Malaysia is seeking a candidate for supporting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The role includes managing user access, troubleshooting, and working with finance teams to enhance systems. Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) for internal users.
Partner with finance and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into system enhancements, working with internal and external vendors where needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day Business Central support, providing Level 1 troubleshooting and escalating issues when required.
Manage user access and system administration, including account setup, changes, and documentation.
Maintain clear system documentation, process flows, and user guides to support consistent usage.
Support user training and adoption by communicating system updates, enhancements, and best practices.
Participate in business process improvement and automation initiatives, including projects beyond Business Central.
Continuously build knowledge of Business Central functionality, internal business processes, and related systems.
