A leading international shipping company in Pasir Gudang is seeking a Shipping Clerk to support its import and export operations. This role involves coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with customs laws, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate should have a diploma, 1-2 years of relevant experience, and good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The Shipping Clerk supports the company’s import and export operations by ensuring compliance with local and international trade regulations.
Tracks, trace of incoming raw materials, equipment, assemblies and MRO, from suppliers and other Masimo facilities.
This role involves document preparation, coordination with customs authorities and logistics providers, and maintaining accurate trade records.

Education:
This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license is required.
