Job summary

A technology firm in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an IT professional to support and coordinate various divisions within infrastructure administration. You'll manage existing systems and participate in new project planning. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical understanding of networking, virtualization, and systems. A minimum of 3 years of experience in deploying and administering Windows and Linux OS environments is required. Candidates must be able to work onsite at the datacenter on short notice, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AD, DNS, RAID array, and Linux concepts.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Windows and Linux OS administration.
• Experience in managing Windows Server Failover Clustering.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Support various divisions in daily operational requests.
• Manage and monitor existing systems.
• Participate in planning new IT infrastructure projects.
• Identify potential risks and provide solutions.
• Work in standby mode 24x7 with defined rosters.
