Role Description
You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment of qualified candidates that match the experience, skill set and knowledge of the specified job requirements in the Oil & Gas Industry (Australia). You will also support campaign / RPO recruitment delivery, retain our current contractor workforce, generate sales leads and talent bank qualified multi-sector candidates (PIE).
Principle Accountabilities
- End-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, networking, job publishing, candidate screening, interview preparation and debrief, client and candidate control, feedback, etc. Keep a good fill ratio and a low fall‑off ratio.
- Creatively use all available resources and networks to source new candidates (Job Boards, LinkedIn, etc.), publish and monitor job openings/responses on various web search engines and the Airswift website.
- Record all activities in the Candidate Management System to ensure figures are captured and information is accessible globally.
- Constantly source candidate pools across the PIE (Process, Infrastructure, Energy) to maintain a live network of candidates available for new requirements.
- Maintain and develop relationships with new candidates and clients via telephone.
- Demonstrate market knowledge across PIE sectors (Power, Infrastructure, Energy) by gathering intelligence from candidates and industry press articles.
- Report weekly on lead generation performance, demonstrating accountability and commitment to identifying new opportunities.
- Consistently follow up on CV send actions against live internal requirements.
- Research and monitor competition by gathering hot jobs in each region, current marketplace information, and sharing it with Sales / Recruitment Functions.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- 4‑6+ years of sales/recruiting experience.
- Ability to be flexible and multitask with day‑to‑day workflow.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with high‑volume candidate interaction via telephone/face‑to‑face regularly.
- Proven track record within a sale‑oriented environment with a strong desire to succeed.
- Strong organisational skills and detail‑oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
