• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and search engines.
• Handle email engagement by replying to and following up on potential customer inquiries.
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Xiaohongshu (with potential expansion to new platforms based on market needs).
• Manage search engine marketing efforts on Google and other search engines such as Safari and MSN.
• Brainstorm and propose new and creative growth strategies.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and marketing resources.
• Work closely with management to adjust and improve marketing strategies based on performance insights.

• Create, update, and publish engaging content for websites and social media platforms.
• Develop written and visual content suitable for various digital channels.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all online platforms.

• Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and increase organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and analyze web performance statistics.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Pay-Per-Click (PPC).

• Create, schedule, and publish creative social media content to increase awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Apply best practices for social media marketing and content optimization.
• Monitor, manage, and respond to social media interactions, messages, and campaigns.

• Create and execute email marketing campaigns for potential and existing customers.
• Design and distribute email newsletters to engage and retain customers.
• Respond promptly to customer email inquiries.

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Evaluate campaign performance and prepare reports for management.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing spend and overall performance.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including design and sales, to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with external partners such as vendors, platforms, and associate with networks.
• Provide insights and recommendations on adopting new digital tools, platforms, and marketing strategies.
