A leading marketing company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and at least 2 years of experience in managing online campaigns, especially within the eCommerce sector. The role includes optimizing content for SEO, conducting market research, and analyzing campaign performance. Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to achieve the company’s business goals.
Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer preferences for both local and potential market.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and high-quality content for digital platforms.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.
Assist in managing the company’s website, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and user experience.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure the timely delivery of digital marketing projects and initiatives.
Assist in the creation and management of the digital marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within budget.
Develop and maintain ad assets to ensure consistent and timely delivery of digital marketing activities.
Support the Digital Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotions.
Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to implement innovative strategies.
Perform competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the digital landscape.
Support the implementation of A/B testing and other conversion rate optimization strategies on the website and ad platforms.
Track and prepare report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing activities on website and all digital platforms.
Collaborate closely with the eCommerce department to align digital marketing strategies with online sales goals.
Collaborate with the eCommerce team to develop and execute seasonal and special promotional campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and timing.
Collaborate with offline team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and drive lead generation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly within the eCommerce sector.
Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as search engines, social media, and email.
Hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
Proven track record of working with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in implementing SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
