- Oversee multiple digital marketing projects, ensuring they align with strategic goals and are delivered on time.
- Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing activities and campaigns to enhance brand presence and reputation across digital platforms, focusing on Malaysia and Singapore's market, Facebook/Meta Apps, SEO, YouTube, and the official website.
- Design, implement, and optimize landing pages, focusing on clear message delivery, effective colour schemes, and creative design elements to enhance user engagement.
- Research and identify effective keywords for content writers and manage content creation to drive quality leads and sales.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against ROI and KPIs to refine strategies.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment and track market traction.
- Coach and mentor the digital marketing team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
- Stay updated on social media trends, taking the initiative to explore and implement new strategies without needing prompts.
- Add value to digital marketing efforts by integrating media background where applicable.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Broadcasting or equivalent.
- Knowledge in digital marketing funnels, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.
- A strong sense of responsibility and accountability in all tasks.
- Exhibits excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proactively stays alert to social media trends and explores new strategies independently.
- Languages: Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay is required.
