This full-time position will be based in Kota Damansara, PJ, and will play a crucial role in driving the company's digital marketing strategy and initiatives. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative campaigns to promote Lumi Clinic's services and reach its target audience effectively.

Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, and content creation

Analyse website performance and user behaviour data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align digital marketing efforts with the company's overall business objectives

Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to enhance the company's online presence

Manage and oversee the work of digital marketing contractors and agencies, ensuring efficient and effective execution of campaigns

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns

Proficiency in developing and implementing SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing strategies

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Experience in managing digital marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively

Familiarity with various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media advertising

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
