Job summary
A leading financial services provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a MyHR Support Specialist to provide first-tier support for HR inquiries and issues. The successful candidate will work independently, manage requests using Mantis Service Desk, and need excellent communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in IT or Human Resources and 2 to 6 years of related experience are required. Join a company that values diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Qualifications
- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Maintain effective working relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide first tier support of all enquiries or issues of myHR.
- Solve technical problems and escalate complex issues.
- Respond and manage LBUs' requests in the Mantis Service Desk.
