  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory contributions and reporting (EPF, SOCSO, etc.).
  • Handle employee grievances and manage disciplinary actions.
  • Plan and coordinate training programs to enhance employee engagement.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Advise Management on workforce planning, organization structure, and manpower budgeting
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to Department Heads
2. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
  • Coordinate manpower planning, headcount control, and staffing requirements
  • Manage confirmation, promotion, transfer, and resignation processes
3. HR Operations & Administration
  • Oversee employee records, HRIS, attendance, leave, and personnel files
  • Ensure accurate and timely HR documentation and reporting
  • Manage HR audits and documentation readiness
4. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensure compliance with statutory contributions and reporting (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/LHDN)
  • Liaise with Finance and external parties on payroll and statutory matters
5. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
  • Handle employee grievances, counselling, and conflict resolution
  • Manage disciplinary actions including show cause letters, domestic inquiries, and termination cases
  • Ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant handling of misconduct and performance issues
6. Policy, SOP & Compliance
  • Develop, review, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
  • Ensure compliance with Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act, and other relevant laws
  • Represent the company in Labor Office matters, inspections, and audits
7. Performance Management & Talent Development
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and KPI frameworks
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives
  • Support succession planning and employee career development
8. Training & Employee Engagement
  • Plan and coordinate training programs (internal and external)
  • Drive employee engagement activities, communication, and welfare initiatives
  • Promote a positive and productive work culture
9. Exit Management & Offboarding
  • Manage resignation, termination, and retirement processes
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover trends
