Manage manpower planning, production scheduling, and process optimization.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.

Support product introduction, design changes, and manufacturing readiness.

Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve product-related issues.

Prepare technical documentation and support continuous product improvement.

Develop, maintain, and improve testing processes and procedures.

Troubleshoot test failures and ensure test coverage meets quality standards.

Support test equipment setup, validation, and improvement activities.

Process Engineer
