Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve product-related issues.
Prepare technical documentation and support continuous product improvement.
Develop, maintain, and improve testing processes and procedures.
Troubleshoot test failures and ensure test coverage meets quality standards.
Support test equipment setup, validation, and improvement activities.
Process Engineer
Develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes.
Analyze process flow, cycle time, and yield to drive improvements.
Support line setup, process validation, and production issue resolution.
Set up, operate, and maintain SMT machines and equipment.
Perform troubleshooting, machine adjustment, and basic maintenance.
Ensure SMT processes meet quality and production requirements.
Supervise daily production activities and shop‑floor manpower.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of production staff.
Prepare daily production reports and updates.
Finance Officer
Handle daily finance operations including AP/AR, invoicing, and reporting.
Support month-end closing, budgeting, and audit activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with policies.
Driver
Provide safe and timely transportation for company-related activities.
Ensure vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and proper documentation.
Follow traffic laws and company safety guidelines.
