Job summary

A leading technology firm in Kedah is seeking a dedicated administrative support professional. Responsibilities include managing attendance, compiling reports, and ordering supplies. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, is proficient in Microsoft Office tools, and preferably has experience with SAP. Communication skills in Mandarin are advantageous for coordinating with stakeholders in China. A proactive approach and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Job description

Responsible for various statistical work of the department.

Compile all section of Utility weekly & monthly report.

Manage department worker’s attendance, overtime claim form, leave & sick leave application, registration of newly joined and resignation of existing workers.

Responsible to order spare part, collect, distribution, management and recording.

Responsible to order, collect, distribute, manage and record department stationeries, drinking water and PPE.

Maintain good communication via finance, human resources, warehouse, and purchasing department to complete the work.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in any related field (Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in administrative support, data reporting, or related functions.
  • Experience in engineering, utility operations, or manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage, as this role may involve coordination with China-based stakeholders.
