A manufacturing company in Shah Alam is looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead human resources functions. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years in HR management, particularly in manufacturing, and should be fluent in Mandarin. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The position offers a competitive salary between RM15,000 and RM18,000.
Formación

We are looking for a seasoned HR & Admin Manager to lead our human resources and administrative functions in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing HR processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

💼 Role: HR & Admin Manager
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage administrative functions including facilities management and vendor relationships.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management within the manufacturing sector, engineering and solar renewable industries
- Strong command of spoken Mandarin as the HQ in China
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Proven ability to develop strategic solutions to complex HR challenges.>
- Proficient in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary: RM15,000 - RM18,000
