About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Build, develop and manage global HR Operations organization, in line with Digital & GBS strategy and agreed operational models, sized up to approx 150+ FTE.
  • Ensure excellent service delivery for all HR processes across the employee lifecycle, talent acquisition, and performance-to-reward, meeting agreed operational targets for timeliness, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Secure compliance and risk mitigation, particularly regarding personal data protection, ensuring adherence to internal and external regulations and standards.
  • Sponsor and lead projects and initiatives that drive process and organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop strong partnerships with local support functions, global process owners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage organizational capacity flexibly, right-sizing as needed to match demand and allocate resources effectively to deliver business results.
  • Continuously developing the HR Operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Drive process improvements to deliver cost efficiencies while maintaining high-quality service.
  • Ensure budget compliance in both monetary and FTE terms, continuously seeking cost optimization.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation and ensure compliance across all operations.
  • Act as an engaging leader who role-models growth and service-oriented behaviors, curiosity, and openness to innovation.
About you
  • Mastery of an HR discipline with deep theoretical and practical knowledge or broad expertise across multiple HR areas or functions.
  • 8–10 years of experience in leading and developing organizations, ideally in Global Business Services.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and present data in a compelling and engaging format.
