Job summary

The ideal candidate has a degree in HR, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English is required, with Mandarin as a preferred skill. Job description

Prepare Human Resource documents related to an employee's entire life cycle during their employment.

Process monthly payroll and handle statutory requirements.

Support recruitment efforts: job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation.

Liaising and managing the process of signing HR-related documents.

Organize and maintain personnel records and keep all information updated in HRIS system.

Update internal Human Resource databases such as maintaining leave records.

Assist in improving employee relations by organizing team activities.

Have a clear understanding of company policies and answer employees' queries about HR-related issues.

Hold high esteem for the quality of work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline.

Manage all matters pertaining to the upkeep of office including office asset, stationery, uniform, grocery, cleanliness etc.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Human Resource, Administration, Management or equivalent.

At least 2-3 years of experience in HR area.

Strong interpersonal skill, positive attitude, fast leaner, self-motivated & aggressive.

Proficient in English, Mandarin speaking preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
