Responsibilities

  • Identify short‑term and long‑term hiring needs based on the company's direction.
  • Set performance standards and evaluate the HR teams.
  • Oversee the employees’ compensation and benefits packages.
  • Implement the onboarding procedures in alignment with the company culture.
  • Help organise employer branding activities.
  • Determine training plans per employee and department.
  • Track and manage the division's manpower budget.
  • Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements, as needed.
  • Design and implement company policies that comply with the company’s business objectives.
  • Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards.
  • Support staff and managers on day‑to‑day issues.
  • Coordinate with directors to craft organization‑wide strategies and objectives.
  • Support in the company’s expenses and budget planning.
