Job Description
  • Maintain staff records, update employee database and proper filing for documentation purpose.
  • Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirements and HR policies such as employment contract, termination, policy, etc.
  • Responsible for tax clearance, EA forms and Form E preparation.
  • Liaise with statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, EIS, LHDN on payroll/audit related issues.
  • Responsible for full cycle of Payroll and make sure employee record is well maintain with high data integrity.
  • Performs HR operational tasks that include personnel data administration, organization data maintenance, time & attendance data administration, leave management and process monthly claims reimbursement.
  • Prepare monthly reports on HR-related metrics.
  • Provide support and advice employees on HR related matters where needed.
  • Responsible for any other duties as and when required.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably 2-4 years of professional HR Generalist / Payroll Specialist preferred.
  • Experience handling the HR Operations in retail will be an added advantage.
  • Meticulous and have a keen eye for details to ensure high-quality work output.
  • Flexible and ability to prioritise tasks and deliver results in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Mature, calm, pleasant personality, positive attitude and the ability to remain discreet and handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Excellent organization skill and strong customer service mindset.
  • Able to work in the fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work under pressure with positive attitude.
  • Computer literature in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
