As a Senior UI/UX Designer at 2X, you will take a lead role in crafting high-quality B2B digital assets, including websites and marketing campaigns. You will oversee a team in developing creative concepts and ensure design solutions align with client goals and brand standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing strategic guidance and mentoring associate designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of designers in creating high-quality, user-centric interfaces, ensuring pixel-perfect execution.
- Lead user research initiatives, analyze user data, and translate insights into actionable design recommendations.
- Identify and solve complex design challenges, proposing innovative solutions that drive business value.
- Incorporate client's brand guidelines, analyzing existing design assets to inform decisions and enhance performance.
- Execute and adapt design assets across multiple platforms, drive A/B testing, and propose data-driven optimization strategies.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides for consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, data, and development teams to gather requirements and define design objectives.
- Manage client feedback and revisions, ensuring designs meet expectations.
- Lead, mentor, and support designers to foster a creative and innovative environment.
- Manage and provide design solutions for sales and digital marketing materials, including ABM and demand-generation campaigns.
- Lead the development of digital marketing assets such as landing pages, emails, microsites, webpages, banners, and dashboards.
- Strategize and execute web projects covering UX, user journey, information architecture, wireframing, and UI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of UI/UX design experience, with a portfolio showcasing web projects.
- Experience managing and guiding junior designers, with strong user-centered design knowledge.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or similar tools.
- Ability to present design concepts through prototypes and mockups.
- Skilled in integrating technical and visual solutions into design concepts.
- Deep understanding of design principles, information architecture, and user-centered methodologies.
- Self-motivated, organized, results-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (spoken, reading, writing).
