Recruitment Consultant is a crucial position for PERSOLKELLY as a service provider in HR solutions, especially our recruitment services. The position is required to provide top-tier recruitment consultancy to our clients, including but not limited to candidate search, employer branding, interview coordination, package negotiation etc.

• Identify clients and foster positive & long-term relationships.
• Recognize and strive to meet client’s hiring needs.
• Negotiate on contracts to bring in business opportunities.
• Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates.
• Search for potential candidates using hiring databases, job portals, and social media.
• Evaluate resumes and applications.
• Perform pre-interview screening with the candidates (phone screening & face‑to‑face interview).
• Create relationships with job seekers and provide consultation / advice.
• Create leads and perform cold calling to prospective clients.

• Possess 1-2 years of experience in the HR / Recruitment field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and sales‑driven (willing to work in sales bounded role).
• Customer service and sales skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and multitask.
• Confident and pleasant personality.
