Job Summary
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team and manage the end-to-end hiring process. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand staffing needs, source top talent, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: pre-screening, phone interviews, hiring manager interviews, background checks, and offer discussions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs on staffing needs, offering input and feedback to ensure effective hiring decisions.
- Fulfill hiring requests within agreed timelines while ensuring quality hires.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels — job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals — to identify potential candidates.
- Prepare monthly hiring status reports and provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment performance.
- For senior roles: guide junior recruiters, manage subordinates, and assist in onboarding new team members.
- Work closely with payroll and admin teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Support employee relations (ER) activities to maintain positive relationships and promote staff retention.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience; agency or headhunting background is an advantage.
- Proficient in using job boards, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian labor law and HR compliance is preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll and onboarding processes is an added advantage.
