Job summary
A leading rubber products manufacturer in Klang City is seeking a QA Supervisor to conduct daily inspections and monitor product quality. The ideal candidate should have experience in QA supervision or be a fresh graduate eager to learn. Responsibilities include managing product inspections, liaising with production teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Working experience as QA Supervisor in any manufacturing field is an added advantage.
- Experience in using measuring equipment is an added advantage.
- Fresh school leavers are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Daily inspection and monitoring on QA Buy off inspection and finished goods from production.
- Daily follow up with inspectors on inspection progress.
- Fully in-charge to arrange the final buy off inspection promptly and effectively.
- Liaise with Production PIC to identify QA accepted and rejected products.
- Manage rejection of failed sampling plan products and notify QA personnel.
- Ensure rejected products are identified and segregated.
- Identify Goods Returned due to Customer Complaint and follow orders from QA personnel.
- Counter check inspector inspection products and their Dimension Reports.
- Monitor shipping/loading goods labeling and packing.
- Perform any other duties assigned by QA personnel.

Job Description
- Daily inspection and monitoring on QA Buy off inspection and finished goods fromproduction.
- Daily follow up with inspectors on daily inspection progress.
- Fully in-charge to arrange the final buy off inspection promptly and effectively.
- To liaise with Production PIC to identify / notify the QA accepted products and rejectedproducts upon completion of the QA buy on inspection.
- Any lot / batch of product that failed the sampling plan, the lot must be rejected and notifyQA Engineer / QA Executive and Production Manager promptly.
- To make sure the rejected products are identified and segregated.
- To identify the Goods Returned due to Customer Complaint and follow orders from QAHOD / QA Engineer / QA Executive on next action to be taken.
- To counter check inspector inspection products and counter check their DimensionReports.
- To counter check printing / writing identification serial number on the final products whererequired that done by inspectors.
- To monitor on shipping / loading goods labeling and packing are correct and take pictureduring loading.
- Any other assignments / duties given by the QA HoD / QA Engineer / QA Executive or anyother authorized personnel from time to time.
