• Responsible for checking the legibility of data in the Certificate of Conformance [CoC] before scanning and maintaining it in the QA shared folder.
• Responsible for preparing daily certificates of conformance (shipping data) for customers in compliance with the intensity of the delivery requirements and customer’s requirements.
• Responsible for informing the QA Leader if the production lot number received from the store department is more than 1 year from the production date. The QA Leader will arrange for the part to be re‑measured.
• Responsible for ensuring that only re‑measured shipping data ( of Conformance [CoC]) for parts older than 1 year from the production date is provided to the customer.
• To assist the QA Senior Executive with updating and recording quality documents in the master list, such as Certificate of Conformance (CoC), Process Standard Operating Procedures (PSOP), Quality Assurance Testing (QAT), control plan, packaging specifications, etc.
• Responsible for updating the QA department’s daily attendance report, including outstation activities, to the HR department.
• Responsible for coordinating with HR to arrange for QA department staff to visit the panel clinic for medical consultations and treatments.
• Responsible for preparing the overtime claim form for QA Inspectors, Technicians, and Supervisors before the 21st of every month.
• Responsible for checking the daily overtime claim forms for QA Inspectors, Technicians, and Supervisors after receiving the daily attendance record from the HR department and submitting it to HR after obtaining approval from the department HOD before the 25th of every month.
• Responsible for summarizing the Quality Notification Note (QNN) list and emailing it to PRM & PRS before the 3rd of every month to support their monthly report data.
• Responsible for assisting the QA team in providing information to trace the lots that have been delivered to customers and other information once a customer complaint or feedback is received.
• Responsible for preparing the Daily QA Inspection Measurement Record and passing it to the QA leader before starting the new production date.
• Responsible for checking the equipment calibration master list and schedule for all departments, including equipment at CPI MLK, and submitting the list to the Senior Executive in the 3rd week of every month.
• Responsible for reporting infrastructure failures in the QA department, such as air conditioning and lighting, to the CMMS system including external service provider e.g. photocopy machine.

• Diploma in Business Administration or Admin or equivalent to the field with CGPA 3.0 and above.
• Working experience more than 1 year in data entry.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
