We are seeking a dedicated and organised HR Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lipis, Pahang to supporting HR operations in the factory. In this full‑time role, you will provide administrative support to the HR department and contribute to the overall success of our growing company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating new hire paperwork, and maintaining personnel files
  • Providing support for employee relations, such as managing leave requests and addressing HR‑related inquiries
  • Handle attendance, leave requests, and shift records for production staff
  • Maintaining and updating HR systems, databases, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinating and scheduling HR‑related training and development activities
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3 years of experience in HR role
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the HR team and other departments
