What you'll be doing

Overseeing the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management and employee relations

Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and initiatives that align with the company's objectives and values

Managing the HR team and providing guidance, support and development opportunities

Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Partnering with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and provide strategic HR solutions

Promoting a positive, inclusive and high-performing company culture

Managing the payroll, employee benefits, and ensuring timely and accurate compensation.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR management role, ideally within the hospitality industry

Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation and industrial relations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels

Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing HR teams

Proficient in data analysis and using HR technology to drive insights and improvements

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively

Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
