Job Overview
We are looking for a hands‑on HR Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment and manpower management for our sister company Silver Genz Sdn Bhd, a growing healthcare‑related operations team, including a safety‑critical call center function. This role will establish HR processes, ensure staffing readiness, and support performance and workforce planning to meet operational demands.
The ideal candidate is operationally strong, highly organised, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment where people, compliance, and service quality are tightly linked.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Lead full‑cycle recruitment for frontline and managerial roles, refine scopes, source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews, manage offers, maintain talent pipeline, and strengthen employer branding.
- Manpower Planning & Workforce Management – Translate business needs into headcount and shift coverage plans, monitor staffing levels, forecast hiring, manage schedules and deployment guidelines, and track attendance, leave, overtime, shift swaps to ensure service continuity.
- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle – Establish and maintain HR policies and SOPs, conduct onboarding, manage employee records and compliance, handle staff queries, and support performance review cycles, promotions, role changes, and exit processes.
- Learning, Development & Culture – Coordinate training programmes, identify skills gaps with managers, propose development plans, and support team engagement initiatives to build a strong, caring, service‑oriented culture.
- Compliance & HR Reporting – Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal policies, provide monthly HR reports on hiring progress, attrition, absenteeism, payroll inputs, and manpower utilisation, and recommend improvements based on workforce data and operational feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, with strong focus on recruitment and workforce management.
- Experience hiring for operations‑heavy teams (call center, healthcare services, retail, logistics, or similar) is preferred.
- Solid understanding of manpower planning, scheduling realities, and frontline workforce challenges.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Comfortable working independently, building processes from scratch, and improving existing ones.
- Proficient in HR admin tools and spreadsheets; HRIS experience is a plus.
- English proficiency required; Malay/Mandarin/dialects are an advantage for frontline recruitment and staff support.
