A Malaysian healthcare organization is seeking a seasoned HR leader to oversee all HR functions. The successful candidate will have over 10 years of experience in HR, particularly in hospitals, and possess a strong knowledge of employment laws. They will formulate HR strategies to support business objectives and ensure compliance with industry standards. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, which focuses on improving HR practices and ensuring statutory compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years HR experience in hospitals.
- Experience in developing HR strategies and practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including Manpower Planning and Talent Management.
- Formulate HR strategies supporting business objectives.
- Ensure statutory compliance and implement well-being initiatives.

- Forecast manpower needs aligned with business goals.

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
