Job summary

A recruitment service provider in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a senior HR professional to manage training, selection, and payroll processes. The ideal candidate should have a degree and at least 6 years of comprehensive HR experience, particularly in financial institutions. Strong multitasking abilities and an understanding of Japanese work culture will be an advantage. This role offers a vibrant work environment and opportunities for personal growth.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of experience in the full HR spectrum.
  • Preferably HR experience in financial institutions.
  • Sound knowledge in L&D administration, payroll, tax, and employment laws.

  • Manage staff training, schedules, and documentation.
  • Assist in selection and hiring for assigned departments.
  • Prepare HR reports for PB and authorities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage staff training, schedules and documentation (internal and external).
  • Assist the selection and hiring for the assigned departments.
  • Assist in reviewing and developing the selection and hiring related policies/procedures.
  • Control and update the related parties list in accordance with BNM guidelines.
  • Assist in payroll for all expatriates and local staff - EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax.
  • Assist in all assignments in regards to human resources matters.
  • Prepare HR related reports to PB and authorities including Bank Negara Malaysia.
  • Team target for self-improvement and better operations.
  • Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager.
Qualifications
  • Degree holder.
  • At least 6 year(s) of working experience in full HR spectrum.
  • Preferably HR experiences in financial institutions.
  • Sound knowledge in L&D administration, payroll, tax and employment laws.
Special Skills Required
  • Able to multitask with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Good business acumen and able to work under pressure.
  • Understanding of Japanese work culture is a plus.
