A recruitment agency in Malaysia is looking for a candidate to manage candidate sourcing, conduct interviews, and maintain relationships with clients. The ideal applicant should hold a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields and possess good communication skills. Experience in recruitment is preferred. This role requires resourcefulness, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Candidates who meet these qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Understands clients' requirements and provide suitable candidates to client
Headhunt, source and filter good candidates through various online systems/medias and matching candidates with the client's job openings
Screening resumes, interviewing candidates, write resume summary before profiling the suitable candidates for client's considerations
Preparing resumes and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable candidates
Coordinate interview arrangements and conduct interviews for all qualified candidates
Finalising offer details between client and candidates
Monitoring payment collections from clients
Build and maintain good relationship with clients and candidates
To assist and contribute in client acquisitions exercises
Any ad-hoc jobs as required
Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business or related discipline
Prefer candidates with 8 months - 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment.
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools, processes and methodologies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be resourceful, meticulous, target driven and able to work independently
