Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions in Malaysia, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, and office administration.

Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and initiatives that comply with Malaysian labor laws (EA 1955, IR Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS).

Partner closely with business leaders to understand manpower needs, provide HR advisory, and support talent planning and organizational development.

Oversee payroll coordination, compensation & benefits administration, and ensure statutory submissions (EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB) are completed accurately.

Manage employee disciplinary matters, investigations, and performance improvement processes while maintaining a fair and consistent environment.

Lead employee engagement initiatives to strengthen company culture, retention, and internal communication.

Ensure HR documentation, employee records, and HRIS data are accurate and updated.

Manage and guide the HR team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role in Malaysia.

Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws, HR compliance, and statutory processes.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations within fast-paced environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and people leadership abilities.
